Annual General Meeting 2023
The 2023 Annual General Meeting of the membership of Operation Walk 2023 was held on January 24, 2024, at the Hip and Knee Institute at 1155 Concordia Avenue.
A quorum of members attended the meeting chaired by Dr. David Hedden, board chair and medical director.
A new board was elected. Annual audited statements, previously approved in May 2023, were presented.
The consensus was reappointing GTP as auditors and DD West LLC as legal counsel.
