Notice of Annual General Meeting

5:00 – 7:00 pm
At the call of the Chair of the Board, Dr. David Hedden, the Annual General Meeting of the members and invited friends will be held on November 24, 2022.
The agenda will include a report from the Accounting firm Gislason Targownik Peters (GTP) appointed auditors for the corporation as well as nominations for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee Directors and welcome to new members. We will also have a presentation from BFL Canada who is our insurance provider for Directors’ Liability (D & O and E & O) as well as other coverage regarding the mission trip.
Reports from committees and discussion for the future will be accompanied by discussion and planning for 2023.
Refreshments provided and full agenda and minute package will be circulated no later than November 1, 2022.
Please RSVP by November 4 so as to ensure a quorum is present. If you are unable to attend in person, we can arrange a virtual platform or offer a Proxy Vote form.
